Naomi Campbell takes temper-taming lessons from Nelson Mandela

Naomi Campbell has Nelson Mandela to thank for helping her tame her infamous temper.

The catwalk queen, who was recently accused of assaulting her driver in New York, revealed she has been taking pointers from the Nobel Peace Prize winner.

"I don't know why he reached out to me or what he sees in me," the New York Post quoted her as telling the Daily Mail newspaper.

"Every time I've made a mistake he's told me to keep my head up and keep going," she added.

The driver who claimed the supermodel attacked him later apologised to the star, saying it was a misunderstanding that was "blown out of proportion."
